VISHAY Completes the acquisition of  TEMIC SEMICONDUCTOR

Malvern, Pennsylvania, March 3 - Dr. Felix Zandman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., the largest U.S. and European manufacturer of passive electronic components, today announced the completion of the acquisition of the semiconductor business unit of Temic Telefunken microelectronic GmbH, Heilbronn, Germany.
